Full Terms and Conditions for our Facebook competition Win a Year’s Membership for NLGA
The competition is open to all residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over (excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this competition). Competition is available from 06/05/20 to midnight 31/05/20. Entries received after this date will not be counted. Multiple entries per person per day is permitted, one entry per separate comment on the competition Facebook post. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant in the entry. The Prize consists of 1 x annual membership at the NLGA (full details of what this encompasses to be given to the Winner once the Winner has been chosen at the end of the Promotion but will include 4x hour sessions at the Academy per month). Only 1 Prize per person. The winner(s) will be selected at random, he or she will be selected by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person from all entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified that they have won the Prize by Direct Message on Facebook and will be then be announced on social media. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner(s) will be selected on 01/06/20 and will be contacted via direct mail on the Facebook platform. The selected winner(s) will have 2 days in which to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Prize will be started as soon as the NLGA is allowed to re-open after the Covid-19 lockdown(as legislated by government) and will last for 12 months from that date. The Prize is as stated and are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The winner must comply with any publicity requirements of the competition and commit to agreed media time, namely being photographed and giving your name for use on NLGA’s social media channels.
By entering, you agree that the Promoter may disclose information to its agents for the administration purposes only for this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the competition. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You understand that all information (including these rules) relating to this competition published on any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time before or during the Promotional Period will form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry.
The Promoter has the right to withdraw this competition before the final draw.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If the Promoter fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions it shall not be responsible for non‐foreseeable losses including, but not limited to, losses related to the loss of anticipated enjoyment, loss of anticipated savings or any waste of time. This clause does not limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This promotion does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding. This promotion is in no way associated with Facebook.
